Mexin Global Ventures FZCO (“Mexin”, “we”, “our”) operates the website mexin.global. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or contact us.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (if provided), service interest, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance purposes and is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
We run a self-hosted scheduling service at cal.mexin.global (Cal.diy, open source). It is operated by Mexin on our own server; booking data is not shared with Cal.com or any other scheduling provider.
We collect the details you enter on the booking page: your name, email address, any guests you add, any notes, and the time you pick. We use them only to schedule the meeting, send the confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails (delivered through Cloudflare Email Service), and create the calendar event with its video link. Booking pages do not ask for access to your Google account.
Only the host (a Mexin team member) connects a Google account to the scheduling service, through Google's consent screen. With that consent the service uses these Google permissions:
Google data is used only to provide these scheduling features. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI or machine-learning models, and not shared with third parties, except as needed to deliver the meeting (for example, the invitation sent to the attendees you entered). Humans do not read it unless the host asks us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. The OAuth tokens are kept in the scheduling service's database on our own server, which only Mexin administrators can access. The host can disconnect at any time: removing the Google Calendar app in the scheduling settings deletes the stored tokens, and revoking access at Google Account permissions makes them stop working immediately.
The scheduling service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run and follow up on the meeting, and can be deleted on request via info@mexin.global.

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set essential cookies for security purposes such as bot detection and DDoS protection.
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
